This is how I act when someone pronounces gyros as jairows.

I’ve told a story on The Moth, recorded over 480 podcast episodes, and have had my work published by Points In Case.

“Initiation” told at The Moth

A story about the time my car was broken into.

A Toast To My Naivety

A 10-episode series about a coffee shop, working at H&M, and an online date.

Current Event Monologues

Inspired by John Oliver and the year 2020, this was an 8-episode monologue series that was part of the Here’s My Thing universe. Topics discussed include (but are not limited to) USPS, Steve Bannon, Qualified Immunity, and TikTok.

Breakfast at Here’s My Tiffany’s

One of a few videos inspired by Audrey Hepburn.

Here’s My Thing x Roche Bobois

A conversation with Nora Hernandez, the Showroom Manager at Roche Bobois Portland.

Here’s My Thing

A podcast I started with no other goal than to become a better storyteller and no other reason than it was the most fun I’d ever had making something. If you’d like to listen to all 480 episodes, you can start here (Apple) or here (Spotify).

Here’s My Thing Magazine Covers

Here are some of my favorite magazine covers I made for Here’s My Thing. Each magazine cover featured tiny bits of text, which, when swiping through the carousel of images on Instagram, revealed a joke or a detail from the episode. I’m lucky to have creative friends, as all the film photos used for these covers were recycled pictures they took of me for their own projects.

My Brutally Honest Cover Letter for the Cupcake Deliverer Role

Published by Points in Case. They used a stock image for this on their site, and since I don’t have any photos of me writing, here’s a photo of my old boss and me at a sushi restaurant I used to work at, showing off a tray of vegetables.
